I’ve been practicing yoga since the age of 16. Initially, I was drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, but I quickly realized that there was much more to it than that. Over the years, I dedicated my free time to learning more about the ancient and complex practice that’s rooted in Indian philosophy. Finally, in 2021, I embarked on a personal self-awareness journey to Costa Rica in Central America, where I completed my yoga teacher training – an experience that changed my life forever. I now wish to share this knowledge with my students by providing various types of yoga, all of which create spiritual harmony between the mind and body.
