Hi, I’m Alyssa Arendse! I’ve cracked the code on what it takes to embody inner fulfilment, even when you’ve got a lot on your plate. From work demands, family commitments and social obligations, life is a never-ending to-do list. But how you cope with it can be a game-changer. Like you, first and foremost, I’m a human being with wholesome experiences that continue to shape my life.
After graduating in the Film & Media Studies faculty at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, I embarked on an exciting journey to Copenhagen, Denmark. While learning Danish, I worked part-time in a local gym where I quicky realized that my purpose in life is to contribute in an integral way. I knew that I was here to leverage my passion for health and wellness. Along the way, I’ve identified my unique gift – to support people (like you) to tap into your wholesome energy through simply becoming the best version of yourself. This is what inspired me to pursue a career in holistic yoga and integrative nutrition therapy.
